We hope you love your ELLORE pieces however we aim for everything to be exactly right for you, so if you require a store credit or an exchange, please follow our returns policy below.
We must be notified about all returns 48hours after you’ve received your order and must be received back with us within 14 days from the date you completed the purchase.
ITEM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
- Items must not have been worn or damaged
- Items must not have make-up and fake tan stains from wear or try-on
- Items must have all tags and original packaging.
Our returns are not free, so the return shipping fee will need to paid by the customer - please ensure to keep your tracking number once shipped in case of lost parcels.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 72 hours of receiving your return back, letting you know that your return has been received and processed. If you wanted an exchange we will ship out your new order once we’ve received your return, if you wanted a store credit we will email you your voucher to use for future orders.
PLEASE NOTE: WE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT FREE, HOWEVER WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO SEND YOUR RETURN PACKAGE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for our International customers, so if you do need a different size or new style, please return the items to us for a store credit and place a new order for the new items required.
